I have been working with Michelle for over 5 years, helping bring her novel idea to market by providing patent and trademark guidance. Through her foresight, she began the intellectual property protection process early and with continued determination now has issued patents covering her product in the U.S., with more patent coverage domestically and abroad currently on file. We have worked through different design iterations to efficiently protect a go to market product, and I have no doubt the intellectual property strategy to date has set up her company for commercial success.
